JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
LOCATION: Florida.
REPORTS TO: CEO, CMO
EDUCATION: Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychiatric mental health from an accredited 
program
WORK EXPERIENCE: Will train new graduates.
SALARY RANGE: Negotiable; based on experience.
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
LANGUAGE: English; or Bilingual (English and Spanish). 
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMNNP) will provide outpatient psychiatric 
evaluation and medication management services at Ability Plus Mental Health Clinic. The 
PMHNP will work in coordination with Ability Plus counseling services to provide psychiatric 
services to patients with behavioral health issues. The PMHNP will be required to work in the office. Services will be provided through telehealth and face to face. The PMHNP 
will work in collaboration with a Behavioral Health Assistant/Clinical Medical Assistant to 
coordinate patients care, assist with scheduling, and caseload management.
