DEA bill near vote on house and senate floor

SB 676 Access to Health Care (Grimsley) passed Banking and Finance committee today. Next stop Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services. This bill grants ARNPs and PAs the ability to obtain a DEA license. We have one committee and the votes on the floor.

HB 425 Drug Prescription by ARNPs (Pigman) passed its last committee of reference today and now moves to house floor. This will be voted on soon.

The bills if passed will merge and a bill sent to the Governor for a vote.
