Senator Bennett will try to amend Senator Hays' SB 1590 in Senate Health Regulation on Monday. The amendment would permit ARNPs to prescribe controlled substances. Please email or call the members of Senate Health Regulation to encourage them to support Senator Bennett's amendment. Tell them how ARNPs will be able to increase access to care and save money for the state if they are permitted to prescribe controlled substances.
