Please email the Health and Human Service Committee members and ask them to support HB 1195.

Please support HB 1195. This bill will allow Advanced registered Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to sign a certificate of involuntary examination for patients who are suicidal or homicidal. This bill will protect suicidal patients from harming them selves and homicidal patients from harming others.
