Managed Medical Assistance (MMA) Call for Providers
The Statewide Managed Medical Assistance (MMA) program is starting in Regions 2, 3 and 4 effective May 1, 2014 in the following counties: Alachua, Baker, Bay, Bradford, Calhoun, Citrus, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Gulf, Hamilton, Hernando, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lake, Leon, Levy, Liberty, Madison, Marion, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Sumter, Suwannee, Taylor, Union, Volusia, Wakulla, and Washington.
The Agency for Health Care Administration is inviting Physician providers in these counties to participate in a weekly informational call regarding the rollout of the Managed Medical Assistance program. On each week's call providers will have an opportunity to submit questions and/or discuss concerns they may be experiencing related to the Managed Medical Assistance plans.
The call will be held on Thursday of each week beginning April 24, 2014 through June 5, 2014 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Eastern Time

You do not need to register for the call, just call in on the day and time for your specific provider type.
Prior to these calls, you have the opportunity to submit your questions/concerns by emailing them to medtrain@ahca.myflorida.com. Questions received in advance will be addressed on the appropriate provider type call. You will also have the opportunity to submit questions during the call to the same email address.
