Breaking: HB 7113 Passes House

By a vote of 74-42 HB 7113 passed on the house floor today. The bill will now be referred to the Senate.

A last minute amendment by Rep. Campbell added Physician Assistants into the Baker Act portion of bill.

Yesterday an attempt was made by a group unfriendly to nursing to remove ARNPs from the bill, but that amendment was withdrawn.
