NPs language was struck from HB 7113 bill by Senator Hayes today

HB 7113 was unexpectly heard in the senate today. Senator Sobel merged it with one of her bills. 43 amendents where discussed, some added to the bill. One of those by Senator Hayes stripped NPs from the bill. HB 7113  will have is 3rd reading and final vote tomorrow leaving a small chance for the house to bounce it back. I believe this is the end of a great idea for this session.

We have gained so much ground this session and made many historic firsts. We must stay united and prepare for a stronger push next session. Thank you for your emails and phone calls without them we would have not gotten this far.

The barriers are cracking and with all of our continued efforts THEY WILL FALL !
