ACNP Celebrates National Nurses Week 2012

On behalf of the American College of Nurse Practitioners, I would like to acknowledge our appreciation for nurse practitioners across the nation who work in a variety of settings.  These dedicated health care professionals do so much to care for patients and to advance the highest quality of patient care.  We thank you for all you do.  -ACNP President, Jill Olmstead, MSN, NP-C

National Nurses Week is celebrated annually from May 6, also known as National Nurses Day, through May 12, the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.  The American College of Nurse Practitioners would like to take this time to celebrate and thank all of the nurses around the country for their unequaled dedication and care.  See more acknowledgement and thanks below from friends of nursing around the country and around the world.
