Study: Nurse's use of Social Media

Dear nurses,

Do you use Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, SlideShare, Podcasts/Videocasts, or any other kinds of social media? 

Social media is a common method of communication, but little is known about how nurses use social media, and their perception of social media.

We would like to invite you to participate in a research study by completing an online, anonymous survey (https://fsu.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_6wWckr1Te0Zav8p). The purpose of this study is to identify how often and for what reasons nurses use social media and how nurses perceive usefulness, privacy and trust when using social media.  If you have a nursing license, you’re eligible to participate.

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Upon completion, you are eligible to enter into a random drawing for one of three $100 Amazon.com gift cards by providing your e-mail address.  Your participation is voluntary.  If you decide to participate in the survey you’re free to withdraw at any time. Your responses in this study will be kept anonymous, private, and confidential.
